The Fall can bring on an increased frenzy in our lives. Events such as the upcoming presidential election, stress-inducing mid-terms/finals, holiday season planning, and just life in general (planned or unplanned) may add another layer of intensity in our busy lives.  Many of us not only take on the role of the caregiver in our area of ministry, but we also take on a similar role in our professional life, families, friendship circles, and more. There is always something and someone that demands our attention. Let’s take a pause and check in with one another.  Let’s slow down the pace our lives and be present with one another. Tricia will lead a meaningful
discussion as well as interactive, psycho-spiritual activities that will hopefully inspire participants to examine self-care in a renewed perspective.
