Strategic partnerships to provide access for underrepresented students to access and complete college

ÃÛÌÒ½´Cox has collaborated with senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies to develop signature programs designed for mid to senior level corporate executives and corporate board members.

These programs build confidence, self-awareness, and leadership skills by understanding the value of participants’ diverse perspectives and how they can lead a new wave of corporate culture that embraces inclusive leadership. The ÃÛÌÒ½´Cox LLI currently offers the following award-winning programs: Corporate Executive Development Program (CEDP) and Rising Latino Leaders (RLL).

  • Community Partnerships

    Community involvement is a huge part of the Latino Leadership Initiative. Ensuring students see themselves in successful career roles is a tenet of our strategic partnerships pillar.

DFW non-profits do transformational work in the community. They empower, uplift, and equip families and students with the resources and services needed. At the LLI our work centers on preparing leaders for the boardroom starting at the middle school level. Partnering our local non-profits is mutually beneficial so the leaders can go back to their organizations equipped with the tools and resources needed to make themselves, the organization, and community stronger. Leaders from the following non-profits have attended our programming in a sponsored capacity:

  • Brother Bill’s Helping Hand – whose mission is serve "the Dallas community by ensuring the essentials of life, empowering through learning, and enriching relationships through faith, family, fitness, and finance."
