About the Initiative

History of LLI

Recognizing the need for inclusive leadership, the ÃÛÌÒ½´Cox Latino Leadership Initiative (LLI) was launched in 2013 to assist participating companies in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performance Latino executives who will drive business growth and create a sustainable competitive advantage for their companies. The initiative grew out of research that shows a gap in talent at the country’s executive leadership level. Together with visionary partners, the ÃÛÌÒ½´Cox LLI is creating a national center of excellence with unique potential to drive organizational success.

The ÃÛÌÒ½´Cox LLI is the country’s only dedicated business school based-executive education program focused exclusively on cultivating and growing today and tomorrow’s Latino business leaders.
