About
Kristi Flanders joined the Dr. Elba and Domingo Garcia West Dallas STEM School team in the Summer of 2021 as the on-site Coordinator, specializing in creating educational and enrichment programming for students and their families. Before coming to SMU, Kristi worked as a nonprofit leader and project manager, developing advocacy programs and community engagement initiatives, serving youth and adults across Dallas. Kristi holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Design and Innovation at ÃÛÌÒ½´Methodist University.
