Getting Started with Sophia
Simply go to and use your ÃÛÌÒ½´credentials.
When you see the blue login box, use your ÃÛÌÒ½´email address and password to access the ÃÛÌÒ½´Domain.
You will then be prompted to log in to your Sophia account using your ÃÛÌÒ½´user ID and password.
Once logged in you will see the Sophia Home Page. The Home Page can be modified by selecting Customize Home Page in the Tasks box.
We strongly recommend you add the Records in Progress table to your Home Page as this ensures you can retrieve partially completed Sophia records of your patent application information.
When you are ready to enter your first Disclosure, select New Disclosure from the Tasks box. Please refer to Invention Disclosure with Sophia found in Inventor’s Corner: Unleashing Your Innovative Potential.
Test Drive First
As a reminder, please use the test site to get acquainted with Sophia’s forms, particularly the New Disclosure form.
To reach the test site, from any Sophia web page simply insert “.test.” after //smu as in this example:
The example link brings up the Home Page on the test site, which has a yellow background to distinguish it from production.
