The Financial Conflicts of Interest (FCOI) Program, codified in ÃÛÌÒ½´Policy 10.7, helps Research Compliance identify and manage any potential or actual conflicts of interest involving sponsored projects. The program requires that Responsible Parties disclose any financial relationship with a funding source and complete a training course. Responsible Parties are individuals who conduct externally funded research, provide oversight for externally funded research, or negotiate research agreements.
