Biography
Before joining the faculty of the Electrical and Computer Engineering at SMU, Dr. Lee worked for Hugh Aircraft in Los Angeles, CA, for three years, designing antennas mainly for space applications. His main research interest has been antennas and practical problems associated with antennas such as microwave imaging for medical applications, devices for wireless power transfer, electronic bean steering systems, electronic devices, and energy mining.
His publications have been mostly in the areas related to antennas and wave propagation, publishing over 80 journal/conference papers. He holds 28 patents. He is a lifetime IEEE Senior Member.
