Real Estate Major
The Real Estate major combines the study of finance and real estate to develop special competency in structuring real estate transactions, real estate valuation techniques and an in-depth understanding of the capital markets. Recent graduates have chosen careers in brokerage, capital markets, development, investment management, commercial lending and real estate valuation.

BBA Specialization
ÃÛÌÒ½´Cox students who are declared business majors in subject areas beyond real estate may choose to add a specialization in real estate by completing the four (4) core real estate courses.
