Two ҽCox undergraduate students, Petar Bozhilov and Greta Felten, are included in the just-released "Best & Brightest Business Majors of 2022" feature, published by Poets and Quants for Undergrads. Entering its 7th year, the article highlights graduating seniors who embody the best in business education. The publication asked the nation’s top 50 business schools to submit two students each using their own selection criteria and process, based on factors like academic performance, extracurricular leadership and innate potential. Overall, the list includes 58 women and 42 men. The feature has included Cox students since its inception.
Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, Bozhilov came to the United States in 2018. He is a Finance major with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management. Bozhilov says he left his family and friends in Bulgaria to grow as a person. He had no relatives or close friends in this country and describes building his "own future from scratch." During his summer of 2021 internship, he served as an investment banking analyst at Cowen Inc's Dallas office. After graduation, he will join the multinational investment bank and financial services company as a full-time analyst.
Felten is also a Finance major with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management and a minor in Spanish. She is a Don Jackson Fellow and Teaching Associate in the Encap & LCM Alternative Asset Management Center. As a fellow and TA, she has coached students through behavioral and technical interview preparation and mentored students as they run the gauntlet of professional recruitment. She says this experience has provided her with an "opportunity to teach, mentor and cheer on students over the course of their academic careers." After graduation, Felten will be working as an investment banking analyst for Moelis and Company in New York.
